- If you wish to cancel, amend or complain about your booking, please contact us, details of which will be included in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you upon placing your booking. If you amend your booking, the price charged will be the price for the amended booking. Please note that as promotions are only available for limited periods, any changes to your booking may mean the promotions are no longer available.
- By booking or participating our classes or lessons, you agree to accept delivery of the service subject to availability. We may tell you that your booking is not available and to ask you if you would like to book something else.
- From time to time, any special offers shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions which will prevail if there is inconsistency between the terms of the special offer and these Terms. We may change the terms of special offers or withdraw them at our discretion but we will honor any booking placed by you before the offer is withdrawn subject always to manifest technical errors.
- Entry requirements base on you have basic numeracy and literacy skills. This is an online website with no formal classes.
- You will be enrolled on the basis of first in first serve. We ask you to pay fees in full before the commencement of the class. Fees are non-transferable.
- In any event, keenCook.com.au liability to the Customer will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant class booking.
- You can withdraw at any time prior to or within 4 weeks from the time you book a class. We will refund payments made by you if any. We deduct $5 for credit cards. If keenCook cancel classes, we will refund proportion of any fees paid or other arrangement will be made.
- The personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") collected can include some or all of the following: your name, address, telephone number, e-mail addresses, and any other information you may voluntarily provide.
- Complaints procedures. First step, we love to speak to you in person to find out why. If the matter is serious then it should refer to the Manager, who may consult with the Advisory Committee.
- At the time of registration, you may have the option to receive future offers and updates from the Company by e-mail and SMS marketing by checking the appropriate opt-in box. If you choose to opt-in, your Personal Information will be kept in a secured database and we will alert you via e-mail or SMS (as indicated by you) with information about KeenCook.com.au offers and services.
